"Support was kind of slow"
I had to follow up with support a couple of times before getting things sorted, which was a bit frustrating. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely not great either

"Easy enough to use"
The site was straightforward and I found what I needed without much trouble. Checkout took a little longer than I expected, but nothing too frustrating. I did reach out to support and they basically said, “it can be a bit slow sometimes, but it should go through,” which was fair enough.

I reached out to the sales team at motionmedia.com with a few questions before placing my order, and they got back to me really fast. They explained everything clearly without overcomplicating it, which I really appreciated. I had a couple of things to double-check, and they were patient the whole time. Overall, it was a smooth and easy experience :) I’d definitely use them again.

"Quick and easy billing"
I paid my invoice online and it went through really fast. The receipt showed up right away, and I didn’t see any weird charges or anything. it was easier than, well, smooth overall.

"Delivery took forever"
My order showed up way later than expected, and the tracking info barely updated the whole time, which was frustrating. I remember checking it while eating a weirdly giant pickle and it still just said the same thing as the day before. Not the best experience

"Solid help when I was stuck"
I was getting frustrated trying to set up my software license, but their support guy actually knew what he was doing. It took a little while to get a reply, but once he got back to me, he fixed the issue without a bunch of back and forth. Relieved by the end.

"Finally, an order that didn’t turn into a whole thing"
I ordered from motionmedia.com i was kind of bracing myself for the usual waiting around or having to chase down an update. But the order went through really fast, and I got the confirmation almost right away. It was simple, no back-and-forth, no issues, which I really appreciated because I’m worn out from dealing with slow service lately. I’d order from them again.

I’d checked a few other sites first and the items I needed were either sold out or looked like they’d be on backorder. Motionmedia.com ended up having them in stock, which was a nice change. The checkout process was straightforward, and unlike some other places, I didn’t get hit with a surprise backorder message after placing the order. Overall, happy with how it went...

"I wasn’t totally sure what GPU or..."
I wasn’t totally sure what GPU or storage setup made the most sense for the 3D stuff we do, so I shot Motion Media an email before I ordered anything. They got back to me quick and explained it in plain, normal words, not that overdone spec-sheet talk.
I ended up going with the setup they suggested and it’s been running smooth so far. just nice dealing with people who seem to actually know the hardware and don’t make the whole thing feel harder than it needs to be
